★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. On 07/05/2022 traveling from Nagpur to chandrapur at 06;15pm bus. One seat is allocated to two passenger and when ask the reason conductor reply getup from the seat or agent will come and take action against you. Very worst conductor and it's language.

But it's comfortable to traveling, please more improve your services....

The bus was cleaned very nicely and drive from Nagpur to Chandrapur was smooth.
The seating arrangements at Nagpur need to be improved.

You cannot reach your destination on time ever. They travel as per their own convenience.
If you are planning with DNR then pls make sure you have ample amount of time.
Pathetic customer service, they don't care about your experience.
I would recommend to travel by State Transport Bus with basic facilities but on time and proper service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was Just Okay! The main thing I didn't like was the Waste of time the Driver was Doing! Unnecessary Stoppage of Bus and not even Listening to the Customers to Request! All though I understand they have some circumstances but still!
My Regular 3hrs travel journey took me 5hrs!
So what's the use right! Like What difference does it make from a train journey if this is whats going to happen in private buses!
