β β β β β Highly unprofessional doctor. Her clinic opens at 10 AM but the doctor is never there before 11 AM. The staff is rude and never help with any information. The doctor herself is not serious about the well being of her patients. Avoid her.

β β β β β With my first pregnancy I consulted Dr. Suneeta phadke and my whole term was going fine. I was extremely positive with my choices of Dr and hospital (Ratna memorial hospital). Suddenly a week before due date, I was asked to come to hospital for inducing labor. It was odd but I still had full faith in her. She told me that the child's head is not engaged and sometimes it gets engaged when we induce labors artificially. We went to the hospital in the morning and let them do the process. They tried to inject the medicine twice during the whole day which was painful but there was no change in my condition. So in the evening they approached me for a c-section surgery. I was devastated, I told them that I want to wait for my term and it was then that they told me that they have tried to induce labor twice which may have caused a lot of stress to the baby and may even kill it. When I persisted to meet my doc (suneeta) first they gave me a piece of paper to sign that states that I am taking the full responsibility of my baby from here onwards. I had no other option but to finally submit to the operation. My doc showed her face when it was time to operate. Her simple logic was that finally we are doing all this for a safe delivery of the baby. The hospital staff was equally rude and handled us roughly. The resident Dr asked me just after 12 hrs of this surgery that "am I going to just sit on my ass from now on and that I should start moving soon if I want to recover soon". After my MIL insisted that I should stay in bed for atleast 24 hrs after a major surgery, I stayed for another 8 hrs, but I thought I should brush my teeth and start going to washroom. Guess what happened when I stood up, I got unconscious and there was a very painful burp that brought tears and scream to my mouth. They prodded my stitches to check damage and it hurt real bad. I had abusive staff and rough Drs. We even barred 1 male Dr from entering my room because he was a very rough handler. His presence only used to scare me to the core for the pain that he will inflict.
This happened 4 yrs back. I'm again pregnant and in USA this time. When my doc today asked me why I had a c-sec then and I told him this story he asked me incredulously "what is the meaning of inducing labor twice". I could see on his face that I was fooled only for my insurance money. He told me that 90% of his Indian clients had a c-sec.
I always had my doubts about that day but today I was confirmed that Dr. Suneeta phadke is also a fraud like many other Dr in india. I did a lot of research before approaching her but still ended with the same fate as many others. I think we should not reveal our insurance policy to them before operation. But that is always their first question of the visit :-(

β β β β β I trust Dr. Suneeta blindly. No questions asked. She is extremely accurate in her skill. Issue is she is not much available as her clinic is open only in morning. But for whatever time she is available, she is extremely skilled doctor and the best in her field i know. Fyi she treated me from my second month to 9th month. Love you suneeta ! :)

β β β β β Dr. Phadke is a really good doctor but the clinic needs serious upgradation. Nowadays in the era of computers they still have a hand written register with your patient number etc. Also the other Dr. Somani is all talk and no brain. I was actually really irritated after meeting her. All she did was to tell me that how my other doctors were fools etc.
