★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given zero star there is no maintance in the lab rooms ,x ray room was full of spider webs with no experienced lab person per there. Really disgusting experience and maintance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way receptionist spoke to me on the reception was not pleasent. There way of talking on phone is even worst. Expecting more cooperation from her. Also I didn't received my reports on time , I got it one day late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the finest labs in the najafgarh. Though charges are little bit higher than other labs yet would recommend this. They also provide online report through their web portal and whatsapp.. also empanelled with CGHS..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very worst experience , over the phone they advise that there is no waiting for any test but after taking payment or when patient reach their lab they say that there is waiting for 2 hours or three hours , after test is done they advise to wait for 1 more hour, Moreover their ladies staff staff seating at counter think that they are IAS IPS , their attitudes are always on high.
I would like to give negative ratings for this lab , also they are charging extra as compared to other labs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you cannot come to lab for report then you have no chance to get report ,there online report download facility never works. If you tried to contact them via calling or WhatsApp they never replies. Worst service no one listens to complaints also.

Rates are normal and fixed for all, as i think ?.
Its reliable and acceptable in mostly hospitals.
Easy and soft spoken people's.
Clean atmosphere and well mentained and managed center ?.
Sitting available but no wheelchair accessible entrance as of now.
Happy Testing ? ?
