★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is acute shortage of technical staff. Sorry to say, but staff at reception has done the ecg of my mother. When I asked them, they started saying that it is a normal test, we have been there for more than 4 years, we know how to operate the machine, though we don't have technical degree. If the report is normal it's OK, otherwise we will send the print out to doctor in Tilak Nagar lab.
It is very hurting situation. Same may be the case of other services also.
Necessary action need to be taken by the concerned authorities.
Regular monitoring and vigilance is required for the lab all over India, those are charging hafty amount from patients and not delivering the expected service.
