If you are looking for a dog trainer who is reliable and professional then Mr Shiv is the perfect choice. We were looking for a dog behaviourist and trainer for quite a few months and couldn't find anything that suited our requirements. As we had adopted a dog from local shelter with a history of past abuse and it had been an year with us and things were fine until the pandemic. During pandemic our dog grew possessive and started showing signs of aggression.. Our main criteria for the trainer were 1. Should be compassionate and not someone who hits the dog. 2. Should not only train the dog but also train us as we should be able to continue the training at home.. 3. Should be based in tricity. 4. Should be a place that's comfortable for our dog where her cleanliness and food requirements are taken care of.. Well, we found Mr Shiv over Google read a few reviews and we decided to give a call..The very first call to him was informative and we decided to have a one on one session with him ..On visiting him we discussed in detail the issues and causes that we felt might have triggered the situation.. We decided on board and train program for her..MrShiv made it very clear to us that the training won't work unless we work alongside him to work on the issues.. Fast forward to having training sessions with him each week over a couple of months our dog is completely a changed dog in behaviour and persona..Each week that we visited we not only found her behaving well but she is so well groomed every single time..We are still following up with Mr Shiv for her sessions and instead of board & train she visits him frequently for sessions.. The best part of followup sessions are that you work on the issues with Mr Shiv that you maybe facing after the training program, which are very important on building that character of your dog.. Mr Shiv and his staff Deepak and Guddu have become like reliable family can trust with our dog.....

He has national champion dogs... Authentic breed... what more! .. He renders excellent service and most reliable... the temperament of the dog is superb.. for first time dog buyers, this is definitely a great place to go... super professional and friendly

Took my puppy for grooming. The groomer hit his eye so much that it hasn't recovered in 2 months. The owner of the place did not give me a bill and insisted on taking cash. The other dogs kept there seemed in a miserable state. If you love your pet, wouldn't recommend to take him/her there.

Very poor customer service in clarification to your response.. I had a simple query on the phone, the response from your representative from the number provided was in no way informative, but in fact spoke quite rudely telling me to buzz off. As a pet owner myself, I am sorry to say, I would never recommend anyone to deal with your entity.

Money minded owner with no open area for dog movement ,keeps dog in small cages where there is hardly any ventilation n space to move .My dog suffered injury on face when he tried to move out from d cage n cannine cough due to poor ventilation n cold. Would not recommend any fur parent to keep ur dog there.

We are the owners of two dogs. One of our dogs, Daschund, has been a sufferer of separation anxiety since Apr 2020. We approached Mr Kaushal - a renowned expert in Dog psychology. He invited us to his office in 7 Sec the next day. He insisted on the checking the medical records of the dog. After reading the reports, he explained in details ( quoting and reading through published research papers ) shattering our myths about separation anxiety. He suggested to keep her with him for a day ( 10 am to 6 PM) and we could see the positive changes in our dog in a day. My dog ,who previously would not leave our bed to sleep, now sleeps in her own cot. He explained the downside of over affection towards the pet. My pet stayed in day boarding for a week and in one week I have a more obedient and lesser anxious pet. I can proudly say that Mr Shiv Kaushal is a gifted Dog whisperer and can be easily the India's best. He genuinely loves the dogs and understand their psyche so well. His boarding house for dogs are temperature controlled and they are well looked after. He personally meets each of his pet boarders at least once a day and pets are taken twice a day for walks.I hope he plans to expand his clinics to other cities so that all the pets benefit from his expertise. I request all per lovers to meet him at least once to understand your pet better. Special thanks to Guddu bhaiya, who is always available to greet our pet with so much affection that I feel that my pet is in the right hands.

I took my puppy ( toy poodle) for his first grooming there due to the good reviews online… the place was unhygienic but more importantly his worker did an extremely poor job and gave an extremely bad haircut and did not follow any of the instructions given . The owner is extremely money minded and does not care about the final results. If I could would have given the place 0 stars

Approached Mr. Shiv after trying other trainers around and we had a case of a really good boy but having serious aggression issues especially escalating very quickly around maturity. He had bitten me twice and another person - both the people who took care and responsibility of him. I doubted the methods initially and was critical and not comfortable. We had no other option and I don’t think there is any other trainer who would take a huge dog with an aggressive case. Previous trainers said we definitely need an e-collar when the boy was much smaller and aggression was not even a problem. I am a strong proponent of the humans needing to change and not that the dogs do wrong and need some major change. Mr. Shiv guided us through that and the training started to work once we started following thoroughly almost immediately. It’s a lifetime process but I am extremely happy with the results and didn’t believe it would be possible for quite a while. Highly recommend! Even the most difficult dogs need the best life and care. Please consider if having any difficulties with your baby.
