★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the absolute worst experience I have EVER had while leaving my dog at a hostel. All they care about is money and not the safety of your pet. When I came back from a vacation, I expected to pick my dog up and go on with my day but NO. When can came to pick him up they asked for payment, which is the norm… they they asked me to pay for 2 days instead of 1 and a half when I had only left him for 1 day and 4-5 hours. After a lot of calling others and proofs they finally agreed. Then I had to wait 5 minutes for my dog to arrive even though I had texted them in advance to keep him ready before I arrived. But that was not the worst part, when he arrived he had some wound on his nose and he was super dirty, I have attached some photos. They were not even bothered about that and were making lame excuses like oh we had to water the plants that’s why he was dirty. I highly recommend that you send your dog to a better hostel than this because you will not be guaranteed its safety… and safety is the most important in my opinion. I had to take him to a vet and groomer even after I had trusted this place to make sure he was healthy and safe. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Tricity kennels for boarding & grooming! My pet loves going here .They know his name & everything he likes. He is always clean, fed, & groomed just like we do it. Sachin is an awesome groomer!! I can tell all the people here love dogs! Best in everything.

He goes to both day care and boarding. It makes me feel really good knowing that he always has a great time. The staff is also so great. He is always so excited to see them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to take your dog for sure. I, like many of us, consider my dog like my child/immediate family member. So I take it very seriously where I choose to leave him for daycare or to board.
Friendly staff and they certainly do a great job caring for your dog. I've been taking my dog here for years. Highly recommend! Great job Tricity kennels

Candy has loads of fun, coming home happy and ready to chill the rest of the night--a nice bonus for me. It also fulfills his deep need for socializing with other dogs and he makes new friends every visit. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting Tri City for about 6 months for grooming of my pets. I find the staff well mannered & trained to handle pets of all breeds. The place is well maintained, with a good standard of cleanliness and hygiene. They also have a pet boarding facility, that I intend to try out sometime. I would recommend this place without hesitation to all pet lovers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very nervous about leaving my little one year old anywhere since he has not had much socialization in 2020 but this place made me feel so comfortable. Loved the experience. Alex did not seem to want to leave!! Incredible staff and there were so many people working and just hanging with the dogs. Wonderful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my Beagle (9months) & indie (9 years) together for about 6 hours. They were nicely taken care of and offered food/water aswell which they did not eat sadly. It was their first time here. The place is well maintained. I was charged 800 rupees for both of my kids. It's advisable to carry the pets bed/sitting mat so that they're extra comfy. In the 6 hours duration they were even taken for a walk. My overall experience was great.
