I have faced an issue that while riding my access125 it stops in between the Highway. So I have no option left , rather then taking and checking the access125 with the local Mechanic as I was getting late to reach at my Work Place so he troubleshooted the same and found that the filter pipe was not properly joined, so he somehow managed it to fix it for timebeing so that I can reach at my office. But this was not expected from your service center working style as after doing the service I have faced the issue. Before that it was working superb. I'll never recommend anyone to visit at your service center and shame on you and your higher authorities for making fool of your own customer. I'll regret forever for this pathetic service.

The thing has got spacious... You can also watch your vehicle being serviced from the lounge area... The only thing annoying is they charge accordingly

Hi friends it is very clear please visit some other service centers but don't visit #Dolphin They don't no any things I had given my bike access 125 to service but see how they fit my bike without resolving my problem and friends please

Very bad service . Staff was very very rude . When I took delivery of bike they were very rude don't even allowed to stand in showroom. If necessary then only make any purchase from here please try to avoid . The quality of accessories was very bad

This Dolphin Dealer is a big Fraud, he said that he has no stock of Burgman BT for 20 days after booking, whenever i called him to ask vehicle status he had said that its new model is not available i have to wait for 45 days & only mat red color is available, rest colors are not available even after giving them 5000/- as booking amount. I met many other customers who was facing the same problem & they had told me that this Burgman is available easily with other Local dealers if we pay extra money. As I was shocked & then I had gone to visit these local 2 wheeler shops at 6 different areas & found that each dealer had a stock of 7 - 15 Burgman BT new model options of all colors available readily available. They were charging extra money & even the delivery of vehicle was instant after making payment / loan disbursement. The dealer said that he was charging extra money from us as the dealer is charging extra money from him. I went back to the Dolphin Suzuki dealer & told them you are saying you don't have vehicle stock, then how come these local dealers have ample vehicles of Burgman BT in stock. Their staff said that these dealers get on demand, so the local dealer get this vehicle from lonavala/ karjat as it is village, easily available there & sell it here. Dolphin Suzuki cannot do that as they are authorized. So I decided & cancelled my booking. Waited for 30 mins to get my refund cheque of 4000/- back from dealer after deducting 1000/- of cancellation charge. After collecting cheque, I had gone to some local dealer & booked a vehicle & within 10 days I got delivery of this vehicle with the registration done. When i saw the Invoice of of this vehicle i was shocked, coz the vehicle was sold to local dealer by Dolphin Suzuki. This was clear to me now that as the vehicle was in demand, the Dolphin Suzuki was giving these excess vehicles to local dealers to extra margins from them & due to which this these local dealers were charging extra money from the customers. This is a big fraud the Dolphin Suzuki dealer is doing with its own customers who trust Suzuki & go to buy from Authorized showrooms.

I bought my bike from this Suzuki store and the experience was horrible. 1. The way treat their customer is just unprofessional, probably a vegetable cart vendor treats his/her customers better 2. They took 3 months to give the number plate 3. The service center is just a mess, and they keep passing the ball to one another for any small query 4. The service center punched a free service in their name without informing me, since they had the bike details, they could complete it making me go through a lot of issues when I reached to another service center for servicing my bike 5. Service center people call you like a spamming Credit Card company for getting your bike serviced, despite telling your disinterest, they don't budge in calling next. Overall would recommend you to avoid this showroom and service center both.
