★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is the shameful service provide by Honda 21 ? I have submitted my bike for replacement of stater motor of livo on 26 th April 2019. Mr. Sachin told me that he will required 10 day to replace the sames so accordingly I have called after 10 days in Honda 21 workshop at chandivali..but I get surprised answer from staff as part is not available and given order to honda after that day i have continously followup for my bike but get excuses from them and final on 7th of May collect my bike without doing single work. Very illiterate staff and worst after sale service this type of showroom put negative impact on honda brand also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go asalfa 21 Honda showroom very bad service and he was told u giving u bike number in 5 working day's and the r taking minimum 1month & 18 day's..... And spoken service issues calling not available. Finance service is very bad ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pleasant and professional experience at this dealership. Warmly greeted and well taken care of. Promised delivery was met. Overall a happy experience. Had given 5 star rating basis that.
Update post one month: Still waiting for registration of my vehicle. Dealer blames RTO for delay. Not sure if charges were paid by dealer on time as receipt from RTO shows current date. Spoiled my experience to a significant degree. Bad customer focus and closure from 21 Honda. Downgraded to one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked and purchase my new Activa 5g from here....there work is not organized, they have less care about customer, they have no coordination between them....after doing so many follow up and complain at least I got my Active, which I was going to get in 10-15 days but got in 35-40 days. Landline number, don't know why they have mentioned on the site, they never pick up your call....you have visit directly at showroom for your queries and answer.

I had booked Honda Activa from 21 Honda on 1st December 2018. They asked for the advance of Rs. 20,000 to reserve the vehical as the waiting period for it was 1 month during that time. After failing of delivery even after 45 days, I asked for a refund. (As the same vehical was readily available at different dealer on the spot delivery). So I made the cancellation. Filled up cancellation form and took the acknowledgement receipt with me. And was told that I would be getting refund within a week. 2 months went by. I constantly took follow-up from them by visiting their service center. Called few thousand times. Even filled complaint in consumer court against them.
After my complaint was created they did not release my refund amount. It was a tough struggle between me and them. Finally after 25 days after raising the consumer court complaint they released my Rs. 20,000 cheque.
I would never trust them with any future deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, staff are not good unexperienced staff very slow delivery, I have booked my Activa 125 top model on 10.01.2021 and today is 23.02.2021 and i have paid full amount still they are saying sir we don't know when your bike is coming, I am tired of all this thing very bad Honda showroom they only make peoples fools.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The executives do not show interest when we go to enquire something. They are very much unprofessional. They do not show interest at all. I visited twice in this month regarding purchasing a bike but they did not show interest in briefing the features of the vihicle which I enquired. I had bought an activa 2 years back at that time also felt the same. It seems like executive are not interested whether you buy the products or not...It wont affect them.
