★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Sandeep Singh ji the owner of the showroom. Very humble and honest man I went there just to have a look and came out buying the Ipraise pro awaiting the delivery now will review the bike later. But after a really long time found a good showroom with great customer service.
Post 3 months of use - The bike is Better than hero optima in many ways. I had used the optima for 2 years had many break down issues and after a point hero people stopped responding.
I praise I have driven for over 900 Kms and did not face any issues till now. Free servicing was done.
Only issue that I found was that for the rear seat passenger there was no place to rest their feet so Sandeep ji helped me out and got the bike guard modified for a comfortable ride for the rear seat passenger. This bike has no issues on slopes even in Eco mode it’s giving me an average of 60 Kms to 80 Kms depending on the number of times I switch between Eco and sports mode. If you carry more weight then the average will reduce but I till now have not seen it going below 60 Kms. So if you are light weight and don’t drive on many inclines then your bike could give you an average of 80 to 90 Kms. My recommendation don’t strech till last battery bar as the bar can sometimes reflect incorrect battery life best way to avoid running out of battery is one should keep a track of the KMs rather than look at the battery indicator.
