All was made possible with a quick test drive and all features and models were explained in brief by Seema, the representative from Vivo Honda. Had a great delivery experience as well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service station is big fraud, earlier service manager Mr Raj and Now Mr Malcom.
Previous incidence- They will force and find faults in your car which are not covered under warranty.
They will mention that both headlight bulbs and tail light bulbs are not working. When i said no i dont want to change i got my car they were working fine. i pointed out to them.
they will say change wiper blades are from local shop needs to change, but they are of much better quality than what honda provides. they will say break pads are worn out and battrey needs to be changed. My battery is of Amaron with 5 years warranty why will i change it?
If any part is covered in warranty which they will not change or say parts are not available, as they would not earn money from it.
Please please avoid this fraud place and go somewhere else for service.
