Very poor service given by Kanchan Honda. They servicing my Sp 125. In servicing they only wash my bike and change oil. No greesing battery terminals, and mechanical parts. And charged 1200rs which is very high. And for delivery staff asking for chai Pani..

pathetic service ? , my Activa was there since week at service center and after calling the are saying your Activa got serviced you come and get your Activa, then I need to wait for one hour still my Activa's service was not done properly and after every servicing my Activa not working even it's new model Activa 6g,

Good service get this time from kanchan honda Chandivali office specially thanks to Technician Saddam Shah has done good job as he done excellent service work now i am feeling good to drive my bike as he is very polite person and also giving proper information about required work

Update on 07112021: Downgrading to 1 star due to the pathetic response by the staff. Only pitambar was the one trying to help while the others just didn't care. The guy at the spare parts counter says that if the parts are available at local store then buy from them. Do not even buy AMC from them. Better to service the vehicle from local garages. Kanchan honda is pathetic. The first service of my Activa 125 was undertaken at Kanchan Honda Service. Here is my review: 1. Tip: The workers there ask for Chai-Pani(TIP) which is very inappropriate and unprofessional. It degrades the service journey and the management should address this issue seriously. One of the major reasons to rate low. 2. Service Time: They promised the vehicle to be ready by 3.30 PM but the vehicle was available only after 4.30 PM(without wash). They asked me to complete the billing process informing that the vehicle is ready but when I checked, the vehicle wash was still pending. Should improve the service timing and the waiting time should be reduced for the customers who are waiting at the service center. 3. Waiting Area: The waiting area is clean with Air-conditioning and ample seating capacity. 4. Helmet counter: You may keep your helmets at the counter which is guarded and token based. Really good thing. 5. Annual Maintenance Contract: AMC for BS6 vehicles cost 2000+360=2360(18%). Includes 4 free services(Labor charges waived off) and 4 free oil coupons. The only condition is that AMC is only valid at the service center you buy it from. If AMC is not taken and you decide to get the service done on as is basis, you would spent about INR 3500-3600 roughly so AMC is a good deal. It is always better to buy AMC after the first year(after 3 free services) as you would be aware of the workings of the service center and their quality. If they don't provide satisfactory service, you may buy the AMC from some other service center. 6. Overall process: The process was smooth and as it was my first service, there were no major issues with the vehicle to be addressed. Will provide a detailed review of my experience in the upcoming services. P.S: If the couple of issues mentioned above are addressed(Service Time and TIP), I would have given at least a 4 star.

Really disappointed withe the behaviour of the service coordinator. As per the policy the first servicing was free. But still he charged money for the first servicing. When I ask the reason for the charges he behaved very badly and very strangely. Kanchan honda services really need to train staffs how to talk to customers.

I was told that the service centre opens at 8 am, and that I should arrive there as soon as possible to avoid a rush. I arrived here at 8 am to see absolutely no one, and was told that the mechanics will arrive only at 10 am. This is an absolutely unprofessional company, worse than a government company. Kanchan Honda sucks. Even their sales procedure sucked as well.

one of the cheapest and worst service center they dont know how to talk first they make mistakes and then they behave rude the parts department head mithul said key if agar fukat mai hi leyna hai to bike q chalraha hai tu this is how they deal with they customer and they doesn't even know how to talk and there counter girl i call to talk with manager theh also refused and put my call on block guys its a humble request please don't go here and get fooled

Worst experience. They will ruin your good running motor vehicle after service. I had gone for normal servicing but after the service my Activa's condition is worst than what it was earlier. Even if you go there stay away from Pitambar and don't let him work on your vehicle or else suffer later. Honda is surely going to lose the customer base if continue with such service centres. Someone needs to escalate this to Honda soon. There's enough bad reviews as an evidence.
