- He was asking for reviews on services forcefully.
- Language was not soft.
- Not good suggestions whether to sale or repair a damage product,they just told you do whatever you want .
- Also costing for body change was 6,000 whereas new washing is coming in 10,000 so cost is very high. There we good confused and asked for suggestion. But he was not interested in giving good suggestions. (Language was harsh)
- Finally I gave 250 but he didn't gave change of 50 initially he told I need cash only but later he took gpay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updating my higher rating based on recent interaction. This is a one man show, I changed my compressor plus service chgs total 8000/-. Fridge was not cooling after 4 months and repeated follow ups had reasone ranging from family function, medical issues etc. Fridge is an essential gadget, so while I understand emergencies, there should be a fall back support system. He never followed up after I stopped calling him in frustrtaion. Not at all dependable if something goes wrong after you've paid.Stay away and look for larger setups which have a team, if you prefer a friendly neighborhood provider.
