★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont even deserve these 3.3 reviews. No soap or handwash in the bathroom. No napkins or ketchup on the table. The cook prepares veg and non veg together, touching the chicken and the paneer at the same time. Would not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst dominos branch I've seen. Tried ordering from here three times, and two times got late deliveries and once didn't get the delivery at all. No one picks the phone from restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Garlic Bread from this outlet which was OK in taste but not great as I was expecting as well as it took around 20 minutes to get it done.
No proper Social distancing was maintained inside restaurant, even no sanitization was done once someone left seat after eating out.
Its a brand & we don't expect such things from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t order pizza from the particular outlet unfortunately i had to stop eating pizza as my home place is very next to it. The cheese is all smelly and never really fresh especially if you consume non veg pizza. Compliant never bother them. Just waste of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't give negative ratings otherwise I would have given them -5 star , the worst service any outlet can give , my last two orders were delivered for more than 2 hours late and the evening manager is so rude , his responses are simply that there is nothing he can do about the pizza being late , or the pizza being cold or the pizza being not properly baked . This store also refused to give me refund even after pizza was late for more than 2 hours. I will take this matter to consumer court that you people show 30 mins guarantee delivery and still refuse to give refund .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eros Gurgaon outlet called me in after an hour of order stating whether you need the order. I have told that them it is showing me it is getting baked and i need the order. They told it will be delivered in 30 more min. Not delivered though. Please be honest to your customer even if it not possible to deliver minus 5 rating.

When I complained about the quality, one of the staff member was arguing and his behaviour was so irritating.I will ask everybody never visit that store. ( Sector 49, rosewood city square, Gurugram).Worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza was extremely bad. We went for dine-in and ordered a medium farmhouse pizza with cheeze burst. The pizza we got didn't have any cheese in the crust. Also, the bread was undercooked and doughy. So, the management provided us with another pizza as takeaway. When we reached home, we noticed a similar issue. There wasn't any cheese and the bread was even less undercooked.
