★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone who is looking for a better and healthy lifestyle. I joined the gym 4-5 months back and have seen a lot of good changes in myself. All the trainers here are very good and knowledgeable, special thanks to Manish Tanwar who is my PT and has been putting equal or perhaps more effort than me to help me achieve my goals.
The gym provides a great variety of machines and equipment. The DJ in the evening plays great music and this is a plus point for people like me who cannot do cardio without good music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was personally not a good experience. I went there for weight loss. First three days were fine when we were doing cardio. But the moment those 3 days got over it was a mess. I have a major injury in my leg which restricts certain movements and they had been forcing me to do so because apparently they did not ask if I had any injuries and when I told them the trainer said that you cannot lose weight then. I was not given any guidance of how my weight loss program has been scheduled. I went up to the trainer for asking and he was not ready to talk nicely and explain things he got irritated and got extremely rude and then he cribbed about it to the customers.
Your fancy interiors will not motivate people who are coming for genuinely weight loss. Respect your clients. Educate them on what are you planning do to with their bodies.
If a person is very particular about it like I am and if people have questions on the workout pattern then you are liable to give answers. We are not coming there for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 2 yrs now with gym club and I have seen myself transform from plump to a fit person. It's has been a great experience for me. The gym is equipped with decent set of equipments. I wud not say the best equipments of but sufficient for people who want to stay fit . Also I wud have loved to see more variety of equipments. Trainers are good and well behaved . The loud techno music you get to hear when you enter the gym really charges you up. All the very best to the gym club.

From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Gym to anyone.
