Plus side they have so many other classes like HIIT, dance, yoga,kickboxing and so on and you will find the owner indulging himself in all of the classes. Great atmosphere, great ambience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice gym but with additional facilities such as dedicated CrossFit area . It has most advanced exercise equipments in Gurgaon. Ram Thapa is really supportive. I did gym there only for a month because of my relocation but would definitely join when I'm back in Gurgaon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for workouts...qualified and dedicated trainers..decent crowd..nice amenities like post workout shower and lockers...Hygiene is a top priority here with frequent mopping of equipments with surface disinfectants...Reasonable membership fee...flexible timings...I can go on and on..!! Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym with nice staff and good environment. The gym has regular zumba and other activities along with a steam bath room as well. The best part is that they have an inhouse cafe serving amaxing healthy food at decent price.
Only problem is that you are all by yourself if you dont have a personal trainer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to 5-6 gyms in the past 4 years within Gurgaon. From Sector 4 to Sector 60. This is THE BEST GYM. Initially, I was not sure Whether I would travel upto 10 kms daily just to train. But it's been 6 months now and i'm daily equally excited to goas i was on 1st Day. The BEST Environment, THE BEST Machines, THE BEST Trainers and THE BEST Management.
