★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll been running and walking around the lake for more than a year now
So heres some pros and cons
Pros :
Raw terrain some what soft and mostly rough track for running.
Different types of tress cover up the track and the views are beautiful during autumn and spring season.
Badminton court is available but mostly occupied
Step-well (kund) is in ok condition
Gym equipment for senior citizens is available and is in ok condition
Meditation point has a great view and has a small kids area near entrance gate
Cons:
Lake smells horrible during monsoons because the drainage water is not being treated well
During monsoons lake conditions gets worst due to over flow of drainage from all sides
Needs immediate responses from bbmp before monsoons arrivals
Security guards are nowhere to be seen near the lake
No CCTV available
Construction work inside the lake been going on from past 8 months now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very nice place to run or walk or even spend some peaceful time. The lake view is pretty except for a small section where there's partition for drainage. The walk/run path is pretty wide and can easily accommodate about 3-4 persons at a time, so it doesn't feel congested. The loop is about a KM. The park closes at 9am in the morning and opens again in the evening from 4-7pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to jog nearby. It's open from 5AM in morning. It's still in maintenance of bridge on one side.
Still people make halfway rounds and return. Best place To jog if improved.

Early morning or evening ideal time to visit...
Attraction: walking, jogging, running...
Water quality is not that great ...
Some area they are cleaning the garbage..
Lap length: 1.5km...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some birds on the island. Has children play area. Can be an excellent place if maintained properly. In poor condition at this time, walkways need to be done properly. Still, many people visit for walking, jogging and also use the exercise equipment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful lake to go for a walk. It's perimeter is around 1.3Kms.
There is a small public open gym as well. The paths are pretty wide.
Half of it is open while the other half is covered with trees.
Overall, it's a nice place for morning or evening walks.
It's the most beautiful right after monsoon when the lake is full and has many different varieties of birds.
