★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 years back I booked an apartment at Casa Romana, Dharuhera. DPL has taken 85% money and has not delivered the property whose possession was due in December 2017. Because of DPL, I don't have my home and I'm paying both rent & EMI. DPL doesn't even respond to email/ phone calls for last 2 years. Management doesn't have any accountability and responsibility towards its clients and they are building malls from the money of we buyers' apartments. Buyers should refrain dealing with DPL, they are cheaters! Most of the buyers have gone hopeless with their hard earned money stuck for years and pursuing legal recourse.

Buyers are stuck in a very bad situation but fortunately will come out of it. Not even a single tower is ready to be delivered and they were supposed to deliver everything by 2018 end (this was their earlier deadline which got changed to 2019 end). We seek RERA’ serious intervention in our DPL Matter as the situation at ground level is very grim and all the buyers are upset because our hard earned money is invested and we all are paying a hefty EMI’s for a barren land (for no home). I mean to say this is a very worse situation one can ever get into...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an apartment in 2015 whose possession was scheduled in mid-2017 but it’s been around 5 years and until now only superstructure has been completed. Worst part is that DPL has taken money and not delivering its promises and the buyers like me are paying rent as well as loan emi. Nobody from DPL responds to emails and phone calls, every time I reach out there is some new person saying vague things with no accountability and responsibility.
DPL should be declared fraudster company and no buyer should deal with them at all. Buyers like me are suffering financially and emotionally and DPL builders don’t care about this!!
BEWARE from these FRAUDSTERS!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a fraud and big time scam. I have booked a flat in 2014 on the promise that it will be delivered by Dec 2017. Close to 90% have been demanded and paid however there is hardly 30-40% completion. They have pending cases in RERA and NCLT against them and hundreds of buyers have joined hands to sue them for fraudulent practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one bankrupt builder sitting on so many buyers hard earned money. Most buyers have paid 90% cost of flats which has to be delivered in 2017. Its no where to get completed. Its kind of harrassment that is going of buyers. I'm paying EMI from last 5 years and their staff don't respond to my queries.
Their own staff is giving good ratings on google so that they can maintain their rating. So don't get fooled. Read the comments from real buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DPL keep on delaying the project because of lack of fund. Most of the buyer including me has paid 85% of payment and till now the project not yet reached that level. The CRM will not bothered to reply on your mail and calling customers for more money with no delivery guarantee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked flat in Dec 2014 under construction link plan and paid 85% money till Feb 2018, but possession is uncertain with indefinite possession date. Assured rental also stopped by builder with no reason, and no response from CRM team for handing over the project, no response to mails. Out of 11 towers, only 8 tower super structure is ready and it took almost 7 years and rest three towers are in heaven. Please visit construction site and check their website for construction updates before diving into the well. All the best to your savings and hard earned money.
