★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience. The staff is very rude and abusive. Appointments are useless as you always end up waiting at least 3 hours.
Most Important: The Fees is the highest I have ever seen in India (Rs.800) and the doctor spends at a maximum "1 minute" to do the check-up, diagnosis, write prescription and at the end will surely ask for many many medical tests at the below laboratory (commissions). As soon as 1 minutes is over the next patient is forced inside. So, if you ask a question he will answer that you ask many questions and are wasting my and other patients time. If you request to check something else he will say "please do these additional tests and come back". If you miss an appointment they charge you as a new patient fees. There are far far better Rheumatologists around Pune which treat you as a human being.
In short we felt more worse, confused, and abused after seeing Dr. Nalawade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think he is running a looting business,1st visit Rs. 800 consultation and 2nd visit Rs. 500 and if you don't come on appointment Rs. 800 charge. Worst part he will not give you any prescription in hand he has pharmacy connected he will directly mail them medicines so you have to take medicines from there then he will also write every test that you have not done till date Irrespective of required or not from their reception only can't go out at their own high charges wait that's not all he will also ask you to see a Physiotherapist next cabin which would be charged separately. So 1st visit you will be billed around 3000-4000 very easily. Above all these I have seen most patients complaining that they are visiting since months without much results only end up spending money.
If you care for your money, please try some other Rheumatologist.
Feedback post few months of taking medicine:
After all the medicines and test Doctor concluded it is due to Thyroid and that medicine to continue for ever. Pain is gone and thyroid tests to be conducted once a year as per a superb Doctor in Columbia Asia Hospital Dr. Prashant Konduskar (Endocrinology).

Basically you come at 9, and then wait for 1 hour or may be more, and then he arrives.
Absolutely rubbish. And they call themselves doctors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff will cheat you while payment...I said I came to follow up charge should be 500. But she asked me to give 800..but when I get active so she accepted follow up fees. You need be active.. don't know whose instruction they follow

They keeps us on waiting for hours even if there is an appointment.
People keeps on waiting for hour(s) for doctor to arrive.
The reception considers patient as mere customers.
Money is of topmost priority here. Patient is next to nothing.
They do not treat people properly.
Very bad manners in staff.
Doctor and the staff do not care for people time. People come from long way but doctor and staff do not have a value of that.
Doctor himself mentions if one do not agrees to that the customer so called patient should find a new doctor.
Unfortunately we have this doctor as best in town and people are left with no other option but is this attitude right for his staff and himself?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience with this clinic. I even don't want to give single ⭐. No any responsibility shown by both staff and doctor. Come here on your own risk. You have to wait from 9am for dr. No any fix time for doctor to come. I waited till 2pm from 10am. Also there is big issue of parking. Even if there is availability of lots of space but they didn't arrange any parking by dr.
