★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met Dr. Ameeta for the first time in 2010. I started with her for regression therapy and she has worked with Access Bars and several other techniques. She decides what she is going to do with you only after an in-depth consultation.
My initial sessions were once a fortnight for the first few months and then monthly and then quarterly. With each session I only felt better, lighter and less anxious.
I left Mumbai in 2013 and have reached out to her time and again over the years. Her soothing voice and calming attitude puts you at ease.
Dr. Ameeta is a healer in a holistic way.
With her help today I feel awesome!

What I like is the vibes of the place, her calmness, serenity and addressing minute aspects during the therapy. Her complete hold on the therapy session with wider knowledge definitely helps a client. I also experienced some of the physical aliments got addressed though it was not the core issue. Her techniques really helped me clear my doubts, brought back my focus on what I wanted to achieve rather than focusing on the injury. She made me understand my mind and body better and how I could use them to benefit me. All and all I had a great experience and would recommend her one hundred percent.
