★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are exposing their clients to possible infection. By just using a mask and sanatizing hands you can't avoid infection. They are forgetting to maintain safe distance. i. e . 1.5 meters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They auto pass book printer is down many times, customers have to stand in line for long time to get their pass book printed, automation is just for name sake, for any request one has to visit the branch, with a handwritten letter, staff is not so cooperative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They bank staff n very rude. They not answered properly to customers. They auto passbook printer machine so many times down. Customer stand for a line to get printed passbook. I applying my ATM card in November month but I am not getting still now. The deposit machine is also so many times locked. There is no sanitizer for customer and not clean floor and also E- Gallery.
I don't like this bank service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad staff with security always sleeping with the ac switched on. Even the branch manager is also helping the security to not do his duty but to just enjoy their stay in the branch. I hope the branch improves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even being tech savvy they don't have the time to change the bank timings and the contact number online.. It's a harassment for customers as they have to wait from 9.00 Am...
Also they will not guide/explain you regarding the advantages and disadvantages of particular account..
