★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services ever. Opened a dmat account two years bank. Have been visiting the bank since last two years for assistance but they say that a guy named manoj can only help. Have tried calling this Manoj umpteen times but he doesn't pick up the phone . Have lost on investing in some really good scripts .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the last 45 days bank people are just opening my ac. I have to follow up to take updates also.They Never Call. Whenever i call MR.Amit he is sorry about the bad service and says will get back by end of he day but never ever gets back. Nor his manager calls back.
On one side you all are promoting open instant AC and on the other end you all take so much time to open 1 ac.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandira Madam, Who is only cashier in this santacruz west branch.. I must convey the msg to her superiors.. She is very ruthless and senseless lady I have ever met in this branch.. She is calling me senseless infront of the full staff just because she had to attend me. I being the account holder in ur bank since 5 years.. Do I deserve such behavior .. I need to switch the account ASAP. Please ask her to drop me an apology letter or else i will make this issue bigger and bigger day by day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third Class.. Watch man is not updated waiting is very high after waiting in a que for an hour customer comes to know work is not done in the branch. Branch cannot afford seperate watchman building watchman looks after the security of the branch serious security lacuna.
