★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better it can be said that Dr.Amit Kumar is a good counselor rather than a traditional Doctor. searched him through the Internet and mine had a good choice to be with him to get myself examined and be treated by him. Having diabetes for the last 20 years I have had been so many Doctors in consultations and treatment from Patna to Delhi. All of them had given me humble advice on how to put up with the medicine and diet with a long list of things to eat and not to be eaten in addition to 45 minutes of daily briskly walking. None of them guided like Dr.Amit. He programmed my mind and brought me up to the label when a patient feels the consequences of not obeying the advice of a doctor or say it to a teacher. He first plans with proper planning and then he establishes a good dialogue before writing a prescription.

I use to take my father for consultation but every time he use to prescribe new medicines and several tests ..
I don't know how professional he is but when i approached a different doctor in fortis c-doc delhi, he told me that most of his prescribed medicines & tests were irrelevant and only for monetary purpose .
Would never recommend anyone for Dr Amit Kumar who is only interested in making money.
If possible then once try Dr Anup Mishra at Fortis C-Doc, Delhi which is specialised for diabetic patients .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Amit is one of the best diabetologist in Patna. My father's case was quite serious.
He had 669 mg/dl sugar level in fasting and had become weak and slim.This level was alarmingly high and could have lead to adverse complications.
But by the grace of God we found about Dr.Amit and proceeded for the consultation.
He is very polite,soft spoken and patient.
He pays heed to each and every problem of the patient and does the best diagnosis.He also has a very efficient system of slot booking which reduces the problems usually faced by patients at other clinics.
Today, after 18 days I am extremely glad to say that my father's sugar level has come down to 95 mg/dl in fasting.It has become possible only due to his prescribed medications as well as diet followed which was utmost important.
I would recommend everybody whose is suffering from this very common and fatal disease to consult him. I guarantee that consulting him will be very beneficial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Amit is an excellent doctor. I must say he is the best diabetologist in Patna. He listens to his patient carefully and gives proper time unlike other doctors who are just money minded and doesn't care about their patients and their time. One of the best thing I have observed is the punctuality and time management. Whatever appointment you have taken you are going to get checked at the same time.
My mom's blood sugar normalised within 7 days.
Previously FS & PP are 195 & 301. After 7 days these figures reduced to 170 & 175. I have tried many doctors in Patna on Practo and other online consultation but nothing worked. Thanks to Dr.Amit. My family and I am fully satisfied now and continue my mom's diagnosis.
