Pathetic Service Slow Staff, Doctors doesn't even arrive on time. They ask to pay up front even before knowing what all the tests are. No information is provided to any patient when their tests will start. Very Unhygienic, a patient can get infected at the hospital only.

Staff's behavior was very unprofessional, and rude. This is a renowned clinic at renowned place, but when you enter, it looks like a government dispensary. The ACs were not on, when complained about this, staff behaved rudely. Not a good place, better find some other clinic, like lal path lab etc.

They treat patients as if they pay us to take the blood tests... Staffs are extremely rude and treats patients very badly .. They treat patients like they are doing something big... Bloody we pay you guys so treat your patients rightly... Never visit this center they don't want to do anything other than take your money

Bad experience with ultrasound Dr. Is always talking to phone while attending there patients. The anomaly scan took minimum 30min. Or more Than that but Dr. Geeta Has done as formality just like normal scan and it took not even 5 min.. after waiting 1hr...and it is very important scan for a pregnant women ..and waiting very bad and dirty..

Very pathetic services they provide. I have never seen this type of unprofessionalism in mri scan center. Patients waits outside for 2-2 hours for waiting Dr and their number. In cash counter they also behave like they have lots of important work then dealing us. They just ignore you and book others people slot who want to book their home collection test. Everything is money making process they want. Normal patients those who pay full amount of test they treat them badly and for CGHS patients they are highly rude and treat them like they have no respect. Dr Geeta Madam is the most rude impolite person I have ever seen their. Unprofessional and behave like they running some govt testing lab. Talking in phone while attending the patient in testing lab. Talk like lala type who have no manner to talk with clients. She says one of CGHS client "thik se bethna nai aata...Agar ye tut gya to aapke CGHS wale nai lagayege" Very bad service never ever go.. you get only bad memories from their

I have been to Dr. Anand's Imaging Centre couple of times for ultrasound and think that they give very professional services. Dr. Geeta listen to her patients' issues very calmly and patiently before diagnosis and give appropriate advise at times and explains report too. Thank you Dr. Geeta. Some people complain that they have to wait long for their diagnostic procedures but it happens everywhere and a lot depends on patients also because some of them don't follow procedural guidelines at all.

Never come here, they have no AC in 42 degrees heat. Owner is scrooge cringe who don't want to spend money on electricity bill to run AC For same price there are 500 labs in Delhi which have better service.

Worst, the two lady at reception is totally unprofessional. Make me awaited till 1 hrs by saying the lab tech had gone to do some sample place work . Haven't you people have enough man power to look after you had provided the time slot. And upon checking with them they are replying (Sample laga nai hai time lagta hai) hello why should we suffer for your short staff. Please don't go there . You can see all review are just negative only . Very worst .....my first and last visit...All better review must be from the staff only or from know person of staff and owner. The most highlighted thing there are 10 nos of coustomer currently at lobby and out of those 8 are in argument with staff , these staff are not tired of argue but tired to change their attitude. Feels like any of government Garmin clinic and staff attitude as same as government hospital ward boy/lady...RIP
