No coordination between the HOD representatives on call and the one sitting in the lab.
I had to get a test done for which the HOD on call mentioned 4-5 hrs of fasting.
However, in the lab they mentioned 6 hrs of fasting.
After which they kept delaying and shifted the time to 6.5 hrs. I had to waste my entire day waiting to get a test done.
Even had to skip my medicines and my health deteriorated.
Note: Please visit the lab before ensuring the correct fasting time rrquried for the test
Staff also not polite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service went for MRI for my knee. They called for my MRI at 1:30 and informed them that i will reach there maximum by 2 n i was here by 2.. but after constant calling in that half an hour i reached here by 2:05. But then they decided not to take my number and send after 2 patients to which i said okay and waiting for good 55 min. And then as and when my number came they send the 3rd patient without my consent whose appointment was at 2:30 n reached at 3 in HOD and was given priority for absolutely no reason.. Upon asking UMESH the receptionist she said unka number apse pahele tha n then started doing her work with evening acknowledging the fact that i am asking questions and raising an issue.. and after all this finally loosing my anger on them and waiting good 1hour 30 min. They said to take a refund n go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no doubt that HoD is providing amazing services at best prices. I always had a great experience no matter it's peak covid time or a routine checkup. I will appreciate Rahul Kathuria as he was always exceeding the customer service experience. He always puts all the efforts to make sure the customers are happy with the services. Good Job.

I had booked my appointment through prachi. She was very polite and extremely helpful. She guided me in the right direction and booked the best possible package for me. It was indeed a very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are cheap compared to other famous labs. Avoid going on Sunday. There are many patients on Sunday so you have to wait for your turn, specially ultrasound. And testing starts at 9.30am in the morning for ultrasound but staff will tell you 9am. So keep that in mind. Lab maintains cleanliness, staff is very patient and polite even when customers(patients) give them hard time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for USG and waited for 3hours. They dont do it on appointment basis, so you never know how long you have to wait. After billing I got to know 2-3 hours are normal waiting time. Waiting for our turn feels like I am in govt hospital. Staff are also rude. You have to wait for 24 hours to get the report of usg and xray, even they provide the film after few hours. You can get reports in 30mins in other centers.
Dont come and dont waste your time.

It has all kind of radiology facilities available from ct scan to ultrasound, xray e.t.c.
It also provides facility for blood test and all kind of other test.
One can reach hear by bike , auto, cab .
Nearest metro station is Karkarduma metro station.
Staffs are well behaved , building is neat and clean.
Charge is also genuine. You can confirm rates of specific test before visiting their center on phone.
