★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed.. No customer support . Just keep on delaying by giving lame excuses. Really need to improve on providing reports on time and not fool customers by providing random reasons for delay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a super bad experience. The receptionist was the only staff available there and apparently she had no experience of taking blood for tests. I am taking about last week of March'21. Couldn't have missed writing this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very great experienced. I have booked for Covid19 RTPCR with home collection. And the executive reached my home on time exactly 8.A.M very satisfied with their service. And on the same day I received my report within 13 hours . Customer support Amit Yadav from central Delhi was very helpful he himself called me and gave me the report. Great experienced I am very happy. Thank you Amit Yadav and Appollo diagnostics central lab for providing good service.
