★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who was taking my ultrasound pestered me to sign a blank sheet saying its their process and they print the report later on the blank paper and it saves patients time. On my refusal to sign the blank paper she showed me the reports of other patients, so she has no regard for confidentiality of documents that we submit confidentially to them during diagnosis. Then she also called me illetrate saying aap padhe likhe hokai aise baatein kar rhe ho yaha to sab blank paper pe hi sign krte h. When i still insisted she refused to attend me told me to go and talk to the receptionist. I explained my dilemma to the receptions she agreed to give me the test report and them make me sign it when it has been printed on. I dont know what kind of practice they follow but taking signature of patients on blank paper is not ethical and I would strongly discourage others also to sign on a blank paper at a diagnostic facility or anywhere.
