I have visited Doctor Anand Murthy's clinic multiple times in the past , but this time during my visit i find the doctor to be rude and expensive too. Just because you have more patients coming to your clinic does not mean your behaviour with your patient's is impatient and arrogant .Doctors Profession is a Nobel profession please be polite and respectful not impatient and Rude towards your patients.

DId an operation without informing us about the medical reports which had Ruematoid Arthritis, just for extracting money i assume which led to a permanent leg damage and limping for my mother. Very casual replies, no proper follow ups, worst examination. Definitely think twice before going here.

Consulted this doctor as we were referred by a general physician for my wife's ankle pain. Dr. Anand Murthy said that RA factor of 234 was mild and prescribed some medication. The medication was consumed for a month with no improvements rather the pain getting worse. So we visited the doctor again, with our complaints. This time he gave a pain killer injection and additional medication. Also, suggested physiotherapy. We started with physiotherapy and could feel the improvement, not sure if it was the pain killer or physiotherapy. The worst part is during one of the physiotherapy sessions, my wife asked the assistant to sanitize the bed or chane the sheets, as the patient that used it before her was not in the most hygienic condition. The assistant outrightly said she can't do it, and we can leave if we wish to. So we left and are consulting another physiotherapy centre.

My son aged 11 years had fractured both his hands. Dr. Ananda Murthy has treated him with expertise and compassion. We are greatly indebted to the doctor for the skilful surgery and post surgery guidance which made my son recover faster. He also supported the caretakers giving us strength to overcome the ordeal. We can never thank you enough doctor.

The high regard that I had for Dr. K.V. Ananda Murthy before meeting him today made me think for an hour about posting this review. Never mind, I need to share, because he lost the respect. After about one year, today is the second time that we consulted Dr. K.V. Ananda Murthy for my son. Last year the doctor cleared my apprehensions, answered questions and explained the medicine and the treatment in detail. For some weird reason, the doctor we consulted today was completely a different person. This time, we met a very rude, grumpy and disrespectful version of Dr. K.V. Ananda Murthy. My son is an outdoor kid and getting hurt is normal for him; Last time it was a fracture, and I was not sure what it is this time. My son has been limping for three days with a painful inflammation in his ankle, so we decided to visit Dr. K.V. Ananda Murthy today. But this time we had a different situation. My wife, concerned and caring she is like every mother, accompanied us as she wanted to hear from the doctor directly. When we were told that only one parent can be with the kid during consultation as a COVID protocol, I got an idea! I told my wife to be seated in the car and promised that I will do a video call during consultation. After waiting for one and half hours, when we got our turn, I just did what I told. I hadn’t imagined that the video call would irk the doctor so much that it would change his demeanor completely. Here is how our conversation went: Me: Doctor is this a fracture or ligament tear? Doctor: DON’T imagine things… this is just a type of strain Me: Does that mean muscle strain? How it would have happened? Doctor: (Looked at me for a brief second… and said) You DON’T need to frighten the kid, just think about how to get it healed. While saying so, the grumpy doctor turned back and started writing prescription. I asked my wife if she has anything to ask and ended the call when she said no. Then again, Doctor: Just because there is technology Doesn’t mean you can use it anywhere, you guys are just stressing us Me: (Realizing that the video call did the damage) It is not like that doctor… my wife… Doctor: (Cutting me short, and looking at me sarcastically) Okay, Okay… You are always right Me: It is not about wrong or right, it is just that you don’t need to get so much stressed Doctor: You must know the sanctity for the place, what you did may be right, just that I don’t like it. Afterwards there was an unbearable silence for couple of minutes… as much as the doctor wanted me to leave, I too wanted to get out of that place. While he still was writing prescription, I apologized to him out of the respect I had for him. I thought, what went wrong from my side? While, playing back the whole incident in my mind. Should I have requested his permission before starting the video call? It is his clinic, and his rules. Did I take it for granted? Even if so, that doesn’t make the doctor right. He could have simply asked me to end the call instead of being rude and disrespectful. If it is about sanctity, are all the doctors doing video consultation in COVID times ignoring the sanctity? Whatever the reason be, we decided not to consult Dr. K.V. Ananda Murthy ever again.

I won’t suggest this Doctor as I had very bad experience with him. I felt he is totally money minded, without checking any improvement, simply he will suggest physiotherapy and their just they will give you electro therapy for 15 min and they will charge 500 for each sessions. First he will suggest 5 sessions then it will continue till 15 sessions without any improvement. After that he will inform the patient that physiotherapy didn’t work so you need to under go surgery and he will give some stupid hospital where they charge like anything. After that also again he will suggest physiotherapy at his clinic. I have spent around 10k for physiotherapy and consultation and around 30K for other surgery kind of thing. It is just for some pain I was experiencing.
