★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the clinic with my mom, she had an ear infection, Dr Archana gave her the right treatment and my mom is very happy. We visited during COVID, all the safety measures were taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average treatment but charges are very high. Never buy medicine from them, they don't give any bill nor do they charge you the right amount for that. Her assistance are very rude in behavior. Over all only money making business center, don't expect good services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All Covid-19 protocols followed. Not much customers. Treatment is good enough. Serves basic purposes related to ENT. Not sure of complicated services needed. Doctor seems okay.
It looks like a small clinic from outside, but has rooms inside. Almost quick services. A bit expensive, though. A 20% reduction in charges would make this an ideal place in such a locality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very good physician afaik, did not analyse the issue properly suggested unwanted ear washing and did not solve the issue. I would request you not to find ways to make money and concentrate on the patient care. Money will follow ultimately but your patients must receive the best care they are promised while they come to you. My sincere advice to you. Please don’t take otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is excellent, well diagnosed treatment. Exact medicine and precautions prescribed. 5 stars , but taken one star off beacuse of the teenage collegers in the reception, don't know how to be professional and mannered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ treatment is below average but the charges are very high. They don't give any bills for the treatment / medicines. I insisted the doctor to provide the bills, then she gave me the bill but it was so unclear and she summed up the whole amount. Though I didn't get any bills for the medicines even after asking personally on WhatsApp. Receptionist behaviour was very rude. My father was having cold n cough for that it costed me around 3.5 k. They did blood tests also, seriously !!
Even after finishing the medication , issue was still the same. Then we took our father to Baptist hospital, Hebbal, bengaluru. the doctor there told us to stop the medicines and then changed the medicines. Also the Treatment was at reasonable cost. Within a week my father got completely well. Dr. Archana insisted my father to do ear check up also even after letting her know that we have already done it before. The way of explaing things was not good, my father got discouraged after the unnecessary ear tesT.
I feel this is only money making clinic, fully commercialized.

Dr. Archana is really an amazing person who cares her patients as her own family.She's very polite while examining patients and explains everything in detail.She listens to the patient's health problems very patiently and suggest what's best. she was extremely patient to hear me out and advise a solution. She does not rush to give medicines but there is support till the end of the treatment. Extremely caring and down to earth person. Medically very sound and understands the patient's concerns.i believe that is what one needs She is one of the best ENT doctors I have come across.Her medicines showed effect in no time and my body adapted to her treatment and showed positive results.
I highly recommend Dr Archana.
