It became so severe that if started affecting my writing and i couldn't write more. Then i came to know about Dr. Arti's clinic and within 4 days it got 70% better. I would highly recommend her physiotherapy center in zirakpur for any type of shoulder pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi everyone, I am Shivani from baddi. I got severe back pain while doing surya namaskar 5 months back. Went to many orthopedicians there and they suggested me for some physiotherapy. Took therapy also for 1 month but no relief. Then I started searching for manual physical therapist on YouTube and I got to know about dr. Arti, contacted her and came here within 2 days. When I came here I was in a condition that I couldn’t sit comfortably even for 2 minutes, couldn’t bend or do anything but I was amazed to see how she diagnosed me and treated me during my first session. Till that time everyone has told me that I have slip disc but she assessed me and clearly told me that I don’t have any disc issues. I was able to sit immediately after my 2nd session. We stayed there for 5 days and got better. I would recommend everyone that don’t waste time here and there and directly go to her. She is a real gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my mom for physiotherapy for her knee pain, Dr. Arti was amazing, she explained in detail the problem and the treatment course.
She did not rush though the sessions. She took few physio sessions, taught some exercises and made my mom comfortable before she went to the next level.
Our opinion on physiotherapy changed completely after meeting Dr. Arti. We had taken physiotherapy sessions earlier but this one was completely different and well taken care.
My sincere thanks to Dr. Arti and her staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I injured myself while trying to learn Cricket. I visited Dr. Arti Pain Care Clinic Zirakpur on 16th November. We booked through the phone. I had a very good experience as the clinic didn’t give the typical clinic feel. Plus the reception etc was very welcoming.
Now the main experience of treatment. I was under the care of Dr. Arti Sharma and on first day itself with the diagnosis and procedures and exercises recommended I was feeling very well. Slowly the exercise was increased and the pain for which I went is gone. Within 3-5 days I am cured and main thing is Dr. Arti understood the issues so well that it was unbelievable for me. She is more patient with the patient than the patient. Kudos.

One of my friends in mohali suggested Dr. Arti. I booked an appointment and started taking treat. I couldn’t believe that even after 1st session I started coughing and sneezing normally.
