Location: Its on 3rd floor on the main highway of Zirakpur
PROS:
1. As per the reviews, they have best in class technologies that can recover the data from any HDD etc. They also have dedicated cleaning room and tools for the job and they are master in that.
2. Mr. Amarbir is very nice in nature and give necessary RCA(Root Cause Analysis) of the issue. The other workers are not that motivated and not so good in nature.
CONS:
1.Responsiveness is they are lacking right now. might be because they have a lot of work due to Pandemic. I gave 2 HDD in the month of July 2020 and paid around 1700 per HDD as inspection and clean room fee, they gave a TAT (Turn Around Time) of 2 months, I approach several times but failed to do so. I visited their office in Zirakpur 2-3 times but again the dates got extended, I sent bill pictures on whatsapp but no response. After 8 months I directly went to the office, and got to know that my drives are in very worst condition and very difficult to be repaired
2. Failed to provide the exact size(1TB or 2TB) as they forgot how many platters were there because they tested it a long back. If they tested a long back and forgot, then why there was no communication? The worth of the data became zero as I made the files again in the span of 8 months. So eventually I wasted around 3500 and waited 8 months.
3. Pricing is high, I haven't compared it to other vendors but still want to mention, that 350 is the basic inspection fee, and 1700 is the clean room fee. Around 26K for 1TB HDD repair and 32K for 2TB HDD repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to this place is getting into troubles, I went 1 months back after reading the reviews which were ok. But the service is pathetic ,there is abduction of duty, negligence and non compliable. Moreover if anyone will try to share their experience on website ,they will threaten you with a post , which says u r not a genuine customers and reviews are being narrated...who so ever is reading this please beware of this lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never backed up our computers/pendrive. Bills and all pertinent docs were on my pendrive. The pendrive on the desktop computer went kaboom. I could get it, trying number of times but let drive not detected.
I brought the pendrive to Amarbir's - Chandigarh Data Recovery Zirakpur and they were able to retrieve all data in a day. The staff was friendly and informative. They communicated throughout the recovery what was going on.
It is pricey but the bills and documents are priceless along with the peace of mind I got from knowing I would have all my stuff, including ancillary programs, etc. The recovery was delivered within the timeframe estimated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave my 32GB SD Card for recovery in 2019, They got initial payment for analysis. After the initial payment, they didn't reply me in WhatsApp, completely seenzoned me! I didn't get any update after that, I just expected a YES or NO(whether it is possible to recover or not)! This is very unprofessional! I have whatsapp conversation proofs and payment proofs for the above! You cannot say there is no such customer in such name!
Also they'll be very dominant with you in conversations *after payment*! Remember we are paying you for whatever service you're doing for us, we're not asking you to do it for free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are not prefer to give this guy 1 star also. We have Electricity Equipment business in Karnal. We approach this guy in December 2018. I give him 2tb hdd for very important data recovery. Before going him I checked his rating only..which was above 4 star. But this rude guy is not suitable for one star also. He is not even value the customer.
It's been more then 3 years. But still case is pending. He is not even talk properly and show as a he is only busy person on this earth.
Man kindly grow up or shut your business and making fool the customer.
He only work on recent cases and forget about the old cases which are pending from 3 years.
This is how he works. We spend over 20000 and still he is telling he will see.
You are nobody to ask here Job no. etc. First learn how to treat the customer and tackle the job burden.
I already file a consumer complaint against this guy.
I urge to all customers read negative reviews only. All positive reviews are fake like this man. Just opening a new branch is not a achivement. Customer respect and timely delivery or sorting the problem is more important, which he is failed to provide.
This is my postive feedback as a customer kindly improve it.
Don't take it hard and work on it.

unfortunately my laptop hard drive was not working and not able to extract my important data from it.
So someone suggested CDR labs zirakpur for Data recovery. I was not sure but still went there and ask them to recover data from my hard drive.
The confidence they showed about their work and keen to recover data is fabulous.
They took around 4 days and i got all my data back
it was reasonable amout they charged for the job.
I am very much satisfied with their work and recommend other.
