★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud and unworthy, Had my laptop infected by Ransomware and got it inspected by them, they take 700rs which is non-refundable even if there is no possible ways to recover your data. After 4-5 hours they called and said the recovery is not possible and there is nothing else we can do for your data. It was just word files and some photos which they couldn't recover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After paying unreasonably high price I still didn't get the data recovered which I needed and according to Stellar I do not qualify for their money back gurantee. I'll explain.
First thing about Stellar is their exorbitant prices. They cost me approx Rs. 21000 for recovering my 40 GB hard drive. From which 11.99 GB data was recovered.
Secondly, They do not provide online verification of data because of "Security" concerns. I mean seriously? Where do you live? in 2001? I had heard about them in my city and had to go to them after a 4.5 hours drive. When i requested for online verification to check if the data has been recovered? they denied and asked me to come to their office. You are charging such high prices and still not providing reources for clients to check their data online?
Next thing, They boast about "No Recovery No Charges" policy. But policy fails at many points. First they want you to mention exactly what do you want to recover in a hard drive. In my case, my brother is in Canada and he was not able to check if the data has been recovered or not. So I had no option but to sign the "data is verified" form and collect my data. And the photos we were looking for were not recovered. and there is no money back for me.
After my dissatisfaction with Stellar, I would recommend you to explore other options which are way less expensive than this.
