★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy is all for fooling customers and behaves in a rather brash and uncivilized manner. He said my drives were beyond repair and charged me 2000 each just for the diagnosis. (he had a stethoscope hanging in his office!!!rofl) . I got the drives repaired from STELLAR RECOVERY for just 4000 for 3 drives for some basic update issue. Just avoid this scamster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service Ever: Had already heard of their disrepute but still gave them a try since there are not many options for SD card recovery. I sent them my damaged SD card on 5 April 18.
9 April 18: They confirmed receipt of my card on 9 April 18 and one Brinder messaged me on whatsapp asking me to make inspection charges payment of Rs.1250 +gst which I made immediately. Post this he said they would contact me in 3 days.
17 April 18: I asked for an update. I get only a reply that work is going on
26 May 18: I message them I am disappointed that they have not updated me anything on the card. No response to this.
28 May 18: I message again to which he snaps back saying that since I am disappointed with their service he will send the chip back and refund my money.
No courtesy to inform or update me about my chip. Neither any reason given as to why the delay. In all probability they had forgotten completely about it. Very sad and disappointing experience with CDR.

Pls Attention For The New Customers Be Aware If u looking for fix any work from this company .this company is a big cheater when u go first time he give u a normal price and after some days he give u different price and time frame . and if u refuse to give that price company owner Amarveer singh giving threatening and use bad language and after some time he not pick any phone call and he give the phone to his assistants and he doing same things. when i go there he asking me 10k and with in a week and after 4 months keep calling from overseas and put some reputed person in between he charge me 36k . i only pay this much amount because my children's memory in there .and he said he recover 100% but when i get this hard drive i receive backup only 70%.
i filled the police complaint against Amarveer singh and his company .
so pls friends be aware from this type of the company and persons thanks

My name is Abhishek and i am a student in Delhi and i am from Bihar.
Last month I dropped my 4TB Seagate hard drive. It was clicking like "tak tak".
I was in very much stress because all my college life photos with my friend and girl friend was in that drive.
I took that hard drive to Stellar and they rejected my case.
At that time i totally lost my hope but one day i found this guy on YouTube.
I contacted him and he told me that your case can be recovered.
I took my hard drive to their lab.
He took 7 days to recover my all personal data.
I stayed at the guest house of Chandigarh data recovery for 7 days without paying any single penny.

I was a college student at that time, I dropped my hard drive which had a lot of important data in it. I gave it to them, got a quote for Rs 21,600 for the recovery process. At first they said, I had to pay 25% of the amount for the recovery process to begin, which was around Rs 5,400 to their ICICI Bank Account (which just in case you're wondering is not closely linked to the name of the firm), which I did. The first few months, the so called owner answered the phones and got in touch regarding the recovery process. He informed me that he had to send the drive over to some other state, because they were having some renovations at their office that were going on, and couldn't fix the drive for me, to which I agreed as all that matters was getting the data recovered.
After a few days, they sent me some emails, which included a software through which I could see the data which they would be able to recover, and I gave them a go ahead with the same.
BUT, now comes the Important part, its almost 5 years since they had last contacted me regarding the data recovery. I called them multiple times only to get to talk to his assistant, who would very conveniently say his boss is working on something or busy with something, and assure that they will call back with the update.
There has been no word of communication from them till date. I have lost my data, my hard drive, my Rs 5,400 valued money.
PS- Yes, I did try and open the hard drive on my own to fix it, but they did manage to send me the data which they would be able to recover. I still have the payment screenshots, email conversation, and the software and the zip folder they sent me which showed the recoverable data.
PS - I would just say, don't lose your money, time, and data to people who are not professional, are highly irresponsible, and don't value your time, money and memories.
PS - If you're the owner and reading this, you still have my email, lets see if you have some little self worth to apologise to me personally, because I know you are not man enough to apologise publicly here.
