★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant doctor, who doesn't think twice about making you wait. And no apologies. Well, like most Apollo doctors, except Dr Hema Venkatraman.
The culprits are also the receptionists, who don't tell you anything.
As a doctor, he's pretty ok, wonder why the arrogance.

Dr. Arun provided adequate clarity about patient’s condition, available options, and next steps in the very first meeting (we had MRI scanned copy). Pre and Post surgery care has been phenomenal and was pleasantly surprised to see that such a senior doctor visiting patient on Christmas and Sunday, it shows commitment towards patient and professionalism. Thanks a lot.

He responds to minor queries also very promptly and went out of his way to arrange the hospital bed even during peak Covid time. We are thankful to him for providing us all the support.
