★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store stands upto its name, a must visit place if you want to compare chimneys from various brands and various models, they have it all.
One star less as I bought a chimney which had an unusual exhaust pipe size of 8 inch compared to the 6 inch, which was not pointed out by the store, if they would have told me about this it would have been a great help, afterall these are the reasons you goto a store and not buy online.
Another star less as pricing can be lesser, I found the price equal to online stores, but here you have to pay for delivery charges, card payment charges which takes the price above that of the online prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service.. false commitment during sales... Worst service post sales... We should be behind them atleast 1month consecutively to have warranty for any parts... Meanwhile u need to buy another chimney... Really not worth paying..faber

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever customer service I have experienced here . Just walked out from the store. We went to look for kitchen hob there as it's the place where we supposed to see multiple brands altogether unfortunately sales people didn't bother to show us any good product . The one who was so called experienced person it seems was busy in eating in front of the customer. No courtesy at all . Some how he wanted us to leave from there. I was just shocked to see the attitude of the sales people where everyone is struggling to get a customer just after the lockdown . If you don't want to sale simply don't open the store and customer will also not visit and that way u can have more time in eating. If this is called a good place with good ratings please read my experience before going there. There are plenty other places in Bangalore where you can go and get your product with nice experience .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Hafele VRT 460 hob from this shop. This model is discontinued by the company but demo piece was available here. So they packed this demo piece and was about to sell this as new one. Didn't expected this from so called reputed store.
