★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience with Excel Advanced Urology Centre. My father was suspected to have a grave illness like prostate cancer. We were anxious and highly worried. Dr. Ashish K Saini is a wonderful surgeon. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my father receiving expert medical care. He explained everything to us in a very clear manner. I especially loved how Dr. Saini really took his time to explain my father's condition with us as well as our treatment options. It was a tricky surgery due to the tumour’s location. Since we are not residents of Delhi, we were helped and guided in our pre-operative and post operative investigations. The staff was always helpful, patient, highly considerate, courteous, friendly and kind. They ensured my father had a smooth preparation, surgery, and follow-up. It was as if we were being looked after by our family members. His tumour removal is complete and our confidence in Dr Saini is not misplaced. We are regularly in touch due to post operative follow up. My father is very impressed with his treatment. I am so glad I chose Excel Advanced Urology Centre. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month my father diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma in urinary bladder so we consult Doctor Ashish Saini for father's treatment. He suggested for radical cystectomy with ileal conduit. Which was done at doctors Centre "Excel Advanced Urology Center" Greater Kailash-1. My father was discharged on 5th day even after 7 hours long surgery due to the care and treatment given by doctor and nursing staff. All the staff members are very supportive and caring at the centre.
If someone wants best treatment at affordable cost then please consult Dr Ashish Saini at Excel Advanced Urology Center.
I thank God that we consult Dr Ashish Saini for my father's treatment.

I had been suffering from a painful urology disease for almost five years. Many times I had visited India to treat my disease, however no doctor agreed for a surgery due to my difficulty and intensity of my disease.
Fortunately, I found Doctor Ashish K. Saini through google and set an appointment with him. After reviewing all my medical history with tolerance and patiently he advised my for undergoing a surgery.
My surgery was successfully done in Advanced Excellent Urology Centre and I have no problem now. I am continuously following his medical advices.

I had underwent a surgery back in 6th Jan 2022 performed by Dr Ashish Saini. I had huge calcium oxalate stones in my left kidney and there was significant swelling and my dtpa tests reports showed my left kidney functioning at 39% instead of 50%. CT scan showed almost blocked left ureter (suspected PUJO).
Doctor Ashish Saini and his excellent team of OT technicians and nurses helped remove those stones and correct my PUJO. I'm so grateful and thankful for their service, all.. a result of years and years of hardwork and dedication they put into medical science as individuals. Literally saved me from forthcoming kidney failure. I was suggested pyeloplasty by different doctors but Dr Ashish and his OT team because of their broad experience in the field came up with a much sorted idea, they tried RIRS first so that if they find a passage to remove the stones through the urethra and ureter there will be no requirement of any incisions in my body and it will be less painful for me but if RIRS can't be done they had plan B which was PCNL. I had 4-5days stay in the hospital and it felt like home as no one from my family could be with me due to lockdown, Covid was on the rise.
The day-time nurse treated me like a family member. I'm so grateful to her. The OT technicians were amazing and so knowledgeable and experienced, they visited me often too. Receptionist ma'am was also so nice, everybody made sure my stay there was smooth and I was recovering well. The doctor also came to visit me everyday. The DJ stent removal was also so smooth.
I had the most wonderful experience as a patient, words are not enough. So grateful and thankful.
I'm doing well now.
I'll recommend Dr Ashish Saini to my friends and family anyday.
