★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my surgery done in 2010 March. Lost 65 kg. I was 140 kg. One mistake I did was I stopped walking hence gained back 20 kg in last 2 years. My advice is after surgery 40 minutes walk everyday is most important to remain healthy for life. Secondly ,for first couple of years after the surgery you can not eat much but when you are able to eat one should control the quantity. I am still healthy and more energetic. Even after surgery support from the doctor's team was helpful.
