Quality is very bad
Staffs are very lazy and non smart
Some items are our of date
Actually, they are availing the advantage of inside of Max Hospital; patients and attendees are opting the big brand 'SAGAR RATNA' but finally it's reputation beyond the faith
I like to share my opinion that Competent authority may please be taken necessary implementation to keep its standard.

β β β β β Cravings to dig in a paneer dosa led me to their outlet in the food court.
The dosa was bigger in size than an average size the other restaurants serve. The filling was adequate and fresh. It was crisp on the sides and very much filling in the center. Served with chutney and sambar on the side. The sambar though I din't like. Was very spicy and the content of water was more.
Value for money? Kind of
Onion and Tomato Uttpam from Sagar Ratna is one of my favourite from so many years. I just loved the rightly added spices into the uttapam and the perfectly cooked Sambhar served with coconut chutney.
I love South indian food specially masala dosa, rava masala dosa mai kabhi miss nahi karti, sagar ratna hamesha se he mujhe best lagta hai inka sambhar ka taste one of the best hai good quality food aapko yaha hamesha milega
Quality of food is ok ok but quantity is more than sufficient. Colour rice is not much tasty as compared to plan rice. Size of puri is awesome and soft soft. Papar is also and oil free but puri is light oily otherwise ok ok. Thanks to Sagar Ratna for good service in DELHI area. I have visited several branches of Sagar Ratna. All are good. You can try here breakfast , lunch as well as dinner.

β β β β β Poor hygiene at Sagar Ratna inside max hospital east wing. Serving food in unwashed trays. Neither do they seem to bother about sanitisation. Took my credit card only to tap, touch and return! Then why do we carry touchless cards? Indicates insensitivity or concern for your health or any awareness. Tables have been dirty. Complained twice but no improvement. Knee jerk, we do not care response and attitude. Till they improve, avoid eating here if you are concious about infection/cleanliness. And yes, definitely overpriced. Poor food quality.

I had to travel to Saket fas my relative was admitted in ICU, travelled from Bangalore in an emergency. I had Breakfast , lunch and dinner here for almost 2-3 days. Quality of food was consistent, good authentic taste and well Hygiene maintained. The staff here was well trained and they knew I was in stress and always ask to me sit at a good place and peace and they used to take order- despite they run by self serve. When someone is in distress its important that one get right support. There Dosa, Podi Idly and Coffee was super authentic.
Mr. Yogesh manager is super helpful and demonstrate customer obsession and ownership. I happened to over pay them 6K via Paytm that too in late evening, upon receiving the update he, called his seniors and then finally he reached out to MD Roshan Banan, Mr Roshan personally spoke over phone and assured my the refund next day, the refund happen smoothly. Yogesh was soft spoken and called me next day to update me on refund status. I am delighted to see professional mannerism from top to bottom. During such stressful situation one tends to do mistake and they were caring enough to pacify and do the needful. Kudos to Mr. Yogesh for wonderful experience and Kudos to entire Sagar Ratna for great service. Lovely food and lovely human. Special thanks to Staff at restaurant for lovely greeting everyday we met and lovey food. Thank You
