★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Can Easily Define This Doctor As A Very Good Business Man & The Worst Doctor You Can Visit To... He Just Play With People's Life For His Profit. My Mother Was suffering From Migraine.. We Visited Him After Someone suggested us To Visit Him.He started My Mother's Treament & The Medicines He Gave Was Just Reacting So bad That My Mother was Just sleeping All The time And In The 2nd Visit He Changed The Medicines Which Reacted In A Way that My Mother Got Bedridden We Visited Him Again in Emergency. After Seeing My Mother's Condition He Agreed That This Was Because Of His Medicine.We Asked So what should we Do Now the reaction Of This Doctor was Wonderful.. He Said I Can't Do Anything Medicine Ka Reaction hai 2dinn mei Chla jaega Tb tk Fluids dedo jyada Nhi toh admit kraa do... I Mean he Just deserve A huge round Of Applause On His Face. DR BK GUPTA THE WORST DOCTOR OF EAST DELHI!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not ever go to this doctor. He gives medicines that only makes the patient sleep all day. His medicines were completely wrong and he continued to give them to my mother for 2 years. Because of his medicines my mother remained in unconscious state most of the time. Strict actions should be taken against him. He is playing with the lives of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor ever! My sister was already getting treatment from this doctor. She faced sudden panic attacks at Saturday evening and we called him several times. After several unawnsered calls, he finally picked up and asked for admitting her to Pushpanjali Hospital, Anand Vihar. The entire Saturday night went as a nightmare for us because she was still getting anxiety attacks and not a single doctor came to visit her.
On Sunday(next day), we are informed by the nurses that Dr. B.K. Gupta will check my sister and start the treatment. We waited till evening for the doctor to visit us as she was still getting attacks after every hour. But at 5:00 p.m. my father got a message from BK Gupta that he will not visit the patient and someone from his team will come and see her. No one came and check my sister. She was still getting panic attacks and the nurses only gave some sort of injection only to calm her.
Ultimately we asked for a quick discharge and admitted her to Max Patparganj. By God's grace she is fine now.
Few months back also she got some similar attack and we kept on calling the doctor for immediate help but seeked no response!!
I would never ever recommend doctor B.K. Gupta to anyone as he only plays with money and is stone hearted towards his pateints!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like other reviews say- he gives medicine which make you sleepy.. went again and he told me that dont take any medicine if you feel sleepy... he just told me to visit AIIMS and charged the full consultation fees, the second time, just to tell me to visit AIIMS... Though it shouldn’t be on my part to ask a refund for the consultation fees as there was barely any consultation except the fact that he told me to not take any medicine because he can’t diagnose my issue and told me to go to AIIMS. Even after asking to refund the consultation fees (Of the 2nd visit) he refused to refund. The fees don’t matter at the end if the day... this place feels like a business to me than a clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services by Dr. BK Gupta. I have had my mother checked from him about 7 times for some problem related to her brain. She gave her the medicines that she took a relief from till the time she was regularly taking them. The moment she stopped taking them even for a day, she started feeling the same problem. And every time we visited the Dr. BK Gupta, he mentioned some unreasonable and irrelevant remarks. Eventually, I ended up taking my mother there as I knew she wouldn't get cured getting the services from this doctor.
