★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to write the reason in brief for giving just 1 star. First thing my relative is a long associate of Bankim Desai clinic as she is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. The clinic's suppoetive staff is not so good. They very badley behave the customers. Calls not attend on time by receptionist. From past 2-3 months no calls has been received and no proper communication or updste shares to thier customers. When recives the calls the receptionist's tone is full of attitude and not giving proper appointment to customers. Also no support in emergency service. Appointment schedule is always full for 1-2 montgs. They always push patients to their selceted or in house clinics and when check up done from out side they neglect the reports making excuses, reports are not proper. Same is wirh the medicine. They keep pushing to purchase medicine from their associate medical stores. The doctor takes fees for single vist of 600rs for regual file and for new patients they double the charge. In such high price doctors spares merely 1-2 min and writes the same medicine again and again. I have file of more than 1 year and same prescription is given. The clinic is purely money grabbing clinic. This much of heavy charges they takes and ask for a rupees for small cup of tea. Very poor service. It is to be understood that in such disease treatment is never ending and patient may not be cured complete, so that respect and care should be given to patients. Not just keeping intention of money making.
