★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very friendly welcoming place to spend a couple of nights. All personnel were very well trained, accommodating and helpful (all done with a smile). Everything was handled with efficiency and attention to every detail was given. Food was delicious and the view was wonderful while dining. Thanks for doing such an outstanding job to make the stay so pleasurable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surat is my all time favourite city for having food. While returning Mumbai thought of having food in Surat again but this time it was not up to the mark. Read about this hotel serving food but the experience was not that good. Place to sit is not that good, service is not good, quality of the food is pretty good. Place is overhyped

Poor service , unfriendly staff , unhygienic ambience, mosquito flying around.
