★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my cat to Dr. Bapat for issues with pink eye ( conjunctivitis ), and he's doing great now. Dr. Bapat is lovely and followed up to check on my cat. They truly care about their patients. though Dr. Bapat mostly available in evening. very affordable & transparency in bills. Variety of medicines & food products too available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first visited the shop a few years ago, I was greeted with a smile. I loved the way I was treated. I didn't know much about pet food, my questions were answered, and I got the right food for my Pet.
That lady was so charming, treated customers with smile and respect...
But from last 3-4 visits I don't see her, and there couple of guys who don't even care to bring the product, or even look at the customer. I hope things get improved.
If the service was as it was a year ago I'd have rated 5 Stars.
