They guide about the pets very professionally and treat the pets very tenderly. A very good shop to buy pets as well as pet accessories .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately they don't have a very friendly management nor do they know how to communicate with customers. ( In my case at least )
They've kept us waiting for the past 10 days without even informing us about delayed services despite of knowing that we're travelling long distance.
They did not inform us about any changes made until we made a call to them.
The pets are good not the management. I Highly don't recommend them if you're not patient or hate not having information.
They are least bothered about customer's satisfaction and do not contact you on their own. Contacted them because of excellent reviews going back leaving a bad one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought Labrador male puppy from premium pets. During purchase they told me that it is a pure breed but after 6 months it was found that it was not original Labrador. After complaining to premium Pets they were not entertaining search Complaint and refuse to accept their fault. Please do not buy any product from this shop they are just fake. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I had a worst experience from this shop, they provide me a breed which was not good in health and when we asked them what's wrong with him they said it just a normal cold and fever .we had also ask them do we have any certificate regarding this breed they said they don't provide such things so, after taking the breed to home she was not eating food, this was informed them many time and they only suggested the medicine and after 2 days she died .
And when this was informed to them they had not replied back and after some day they are asking us the prescription from the doctor for the death (did they provide any certificate while saleing the breed "NO")
This is really a shame thing this people are doing it's not about the money they took from us for providing us the wrong breed but the life of the dog
We were the keen customer of this shop and we have brought many pets from this shop but this incident was worst hence forth I would not suggest any one to buy pet from this shop. Bcoz they are only for money making not for giving life to a animal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review I'm writing after having adopted by pup (Beagle) for a week now.
Ruplai, the woman in-charge of the Dombivali branch is exceptionally polite and forthcoming. Nitin Shinde, the person who delivered by pup was too polite and extremely decent. I have done a vet's visit yesterday and the doc informed that the puppy is very health and of a pure breed as described by Rupali. she has called us after, the purchase also to enquire about the well being and health of the puppy. I am a very hard man to impress, but their service and their health puppies deserve 5 star rating with no questions asked. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is going to adopt a pet, should undoubtedly approach them. thank you all for such a Wonderfull gift.
