★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had initially booked her case at Shivajinagar but after 2 months she got her case transferred to Kothrud's clinic as Kothrud was near to us. Dr Santoshi was the doctor who treated her at Kothrud. She gave her medicines for 2 months but the fungal infection did not improve. When we spoke to the doctor she said that she has to look into my wife's case in depth and take more details the next time she visits for follow up. This wasn't a good sign because if a case is transferred to Kothrud then it's doctor's responsibility to study the patient's case in detail immediately and not after the infection increases. Still my wife visited her in the following month and again she was told that they have another patient waiting and her case can't be studied in depth this time. It will be done next time. This is very annoying when you have your infection on a increasing trend and you invest 20k for a year without satisfactory results. When my wife denied to this and asked to study her case immediately, the doctor reacted rudely saying she doesn't have time to ask questions as she can't keep another patient waiting.
A doctor can't be so casual about a patient's health and it should be her priority as well to ensure the patient is treated well.
Please don't go to Kothrud's clinic, you won't find good results

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. I spent so much money for hairfall for 2 years or more even. Got no results. They force you to renew your packages.
At the time of payment, I was told that they provide free medications for all other diseases too, if I go for yearly package. So I opted for that.
But the senior doctor (slightly senior in age too, I don't know if she still practices here) wouldn't even give me medicines for basic diseases like dizziness etc. She isn't too polite either, won't even answer your queries related to my massive hair issues.
They don't give medicines as freely as claimed before.
Two doctors (not senior doctors, one male, one female) grilled me for 1.5 hours asking me all sorts of annoying personal questions about my behavior,thoughts etc but couldn't even tell me why they were asking such questions. No conclusions whatsoever.
They use such data to publish stories I suppose.
What a waste and disheartening.

Sleep and overthinking from my self after corona. I also bought my daughter as well for skin issues really great results. Fortunately we have lady doctor who is expert in her profession who can identify the problem clearly clearly
and precise .I feel that is very important
