★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to buy iphone 13 i went to nyasa (ivenus) to buy it. Earlier i have taken 2-3 iphones and their service were amazing. now when i went at store they were so rude the manager and all staffs. ig new staffs are now admitted their. the one who was guiding me was like a duffer. he was just standing near phone section like a statue. he was half bald, thin and a tall guy. his attitude was like "lena hai to lo nahi toh niklo". he didnt even approached my dad to take a new phone. my dad then left the store saying that we will buy next time. i am very very angry and will never ever visit this store again. instead of this store go to unicorn or somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refused to provide service, My Mac Air charger cable was damaged, they refused to replace the cabe which may costed only 1k, they suggested to buy new charger which may costed around 8k, then I got it repaired from Unicorn info solution another authorised reseller

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased ipad air 4 from iVenus. The staff was polite and helpful. On sundays and holidays the place gets crowded. The billing counter gets busy. However I did not mind waiting. Please don't make a mistake of parking your vehicle on the main road; you will be fined. I suggest you better park your vehicle in Mayur Colony Road close to the shop.

Special thanks to Apoorva,Akashy and all the other staff I don’t remember there names.but they gave the specific product which i wanted,Specially the colour for ipad pro (Silver) they made it available for me,in a great discount.
I constantly called them to give reminder for not to give the product to anybody ,because i was going to buy it after booking it on 2may and billing the product on 8th may.
I still remember when guy take out the ipad pro box there was a invoice of booking amount and below that it was return that “GALTI SE BHI ISKO HAATH NAHI LAGAN YE iPad BOOKED HAI” really appreciate for this.
