★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to stand in queue for quite long. No shelter from sunlight/rain.
I think shop owner is the problem. He won't allow customers to have queue inside the store or have proper arrangements outside shop.
But staff is co-operative.
It took only few minutes to simply changed.

Poor management skills. Lunch time more important than a waiting customer. Was asked to return after an hour or so. This was at 2:00 pm on a Friday.

I had gone to them for converting sim to esim and they got it done immediately.
Means I tried the same at kalyani nagar store and they just told me to come the next day.
