★ ★ ★ ★ ★ डॉक्टर निनाद देशमुख, खूपच नम्र आणि दिलखुलास व्यक्तिमत्व.. अगदी मागच्याच महिन्यात मला त्यांच्या भेटीचा योग आला, माझ्या आईच्या ट्रेंटमेन्ट साठी सलग दोन दिवस एक एक तास त्यांनी मला दिला. आज पर्यंत मी खूप मोठ्या मोठ्या आणि प्रसिद्ध डॉक्टर ला भेटलो, रणजित जगताप, जगदीश हिरेमठ, राजस देशपांडे, सुधीर कोठारी, सचिन हिंगमिरे, सचिन पाळनिटकर, उत्क्रांत कुर्लेकर आणि अशी बरीचशी... हे सगळे डॉक्टर खूपच तज्ज्ञ, अनुभवी तर आहेतच, त्यांच्या हाताला अतिशय खूप चांगला गुण देखील आहे...
पण निनाद देशमुख सरांचा नम्रपणा आणि रुग्णशी संवाद, आपुलकी, तुमचे समाधान होई पर्यंत ते घाई करून त्याच्या केबिन मधून उठू देत नाहीत, भलेही बाहेर कितीही पेशंट ची गर्दी असू देत.
आपल्या शरीरातील अतिशय महत्वाचे अशा कितीतरी अवयवांचे ते तज्ज्ञ आहेत आणि मला विश्वास आहे की तितक्याच सहजपणे हे अवयव प्रत्यरोपणाचे काम करत असणार.. यात मला कसलीही शंका नाही...

 Dr. Ninad Deshmukh, a very humble and heartfelt personality .. Just last month I got the opportunity to visit him, he gave me one hour for two days in a row for my mother's treatment. Till today I have met many great and famous doctors, Ranjit Jagtap, Jagdish Hiremath, Rajas Deshpande, Sudhir Kothari, Sachin Hingmire, Sachin Palanitkar, Utkrant Kurlekar and many more ... All these doctors are very expert, experienced, in their hands. Also very good quality ...
But Ninad Deshmukh's humility and communication with the patient, affection, he will not let you get out of his cabin in a hurry until you are satisfied, no matter how many patients are outside.
He is an expert in many of the most important organs in our body and I believe that this organ transplant will work just as easily .. I have no doubt about that ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone through a major surgery two years back. After knowing that i will have to go through the surgery, i approached 2-3 surgeons in Pune including Dr Ninad Deshmukh. Though all were experts but the way they talked with me , their approach and the time they give to patient, considering all these things i decided to go with Dr Ninad Deshmukh. Before surgery, during treatment and afterwards, even today after more than two years when I go for regular checkup i found that He spends sufficient time with patients. Very much attentive, tries to minimize cost of treatment, explains treatment, avoids unnecessary medicines &
treatment. He has all the qualities that the best doctor should possess.
I and my family are very much thankful to Dr Ninad Deshmukh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ninad Sir is very knowledgeable, very kind, very caring, very responsive. Usually people in today's world say it's very difficult to find a good trustworthy doctor but Ninad sir is definitely the one. He is good and also trustworthy. He is unlike other doctors who rush through the patients in order to make money by seeing lots of patients in day. He spends lot of time with every patient he is dealing with so it's not just professional visit to him but it turns out to be a visit with lots of personal involvement. I really feel lucky to have found him as a doctor for my mom's liver ailment. I feel my mom is in the safest hand and I personally feel stress-free. Also the staff which supports Doctor sir is also awesome, very kind and nice.
