★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception staff are incompetent and ignore you for the first many minutes. The consultant physician was helpful though. The infrastructure is okay overall. The hospital has a in house pharmacy. The pharmacist couldn’t suggest an equivalent of a simple antibiotic cream and I had to purchase it from another pharmacy outside. I got a wound dressed, got a TT shot and got my BP checked, for which I was charged Rs. 200. I’m not sure whether this is as per the standard as the amount was told to me after a discussion among the reception staff and I got no receipt of any kind whatsoever. The nurse who dressed my wound did not maintain upmost hygiene as she was touching the lid of the dustbin with the same hand she used to dress my wound. Moreover, the waiting time here was enormous at every station. A 10-min job took me 1 h here. I would go here only if there’s an emergency. Overall, the support staff was disappointing.

The ICU beds are placed in a very squeezed space. The doctors and the staff always try to create a fear factor with patients relatives instead of consoling them in such crisis. The charges are exhorbitant. We were charged 70k for less than 24 hrs admission. Thank god we took our decision on time and could get father out of there into better service and amenities.
One more point. We wanted to meet the doctor and were asked to wait on the road for more than 3 hours
We enrolled to the hospital based on its popularity since so many years but I believe the changed management, doctors and staff are not doing their duties well. To name a few are Mr. Nikam, Doctor Nilesh and Dr. Balbir Kohli.

???????? My wife is afraid to do dialysis because he is talking about something because he is poor.And now she's not ready to go,
