I had long beautiful hair and wanted to change style a bit and repeatedly mentioned not to reduce the length but they butchered my hair to half the original length!!! on top of it the lady is highly egoist and for a cut at the start she said 500-600 rupees and later afterwards asked me to pay 700 and said that i dont actually cut hair and if i do i charge 1000 rupees ...this she told after ruining my hair !! i LOVED MY HAIR and had to go to party. she spoiled it for me and top of it overcharged me!! Pathetic experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a horrible place to go to. The service is very bad and very costly. The staff is very ride and unprofessional.
They charged Rs. 70 for eye brow threading and the lady doing it cut my eyebrows at several places. When I asked for astringent for the cuts they handed me a cotton ball with astringent which had lipstick residue on the other side.
I unfortunately had also asked for a clean up. They burst open my pimple and it started bleeding. They blamed me for it.
Overall it's a horrible place to go. Do not go there even if it's the only parlour open in the whole of Powai .
