Had the worst experience ever at his clinic. Had booked an extra appointment as the receptionist said they are over booked. As a patient I sent my office person to wait in the queue because I could not do so due to health issues. After lots of struggle, she gave me an appointment of 4:30pm saying that she will only take me inside if in case any patient cancels the appointment. The doctor reached at the clinic only after 5:15pm on which my office person intimated me to reach at the clinic as there were very few patients in waiting at that time. However, at my end I tried to reach as early but was there by 6pm due to bad traffic at peak hours on SV roads. After reaching I did not see any rush for appointments and a total of 3-4 patients had been in the queue for the day. There were 2 patients waiting before me but this lady doctor (dont know her name) became impulsive and started shouting at the reception for reason being late. She asked us to leave and take an appointment for next week (as if the doctor had no time). She asked me why did I not turn up at 4:30pm as per apointment. But why the hell do the paitents wait at her clinic just to show up the crowd and nothing else? May be to show other patients that he is popular. She did not give me any time to explain myself and started yelling like anything. I cannot explain in words how someone can be so pathetic at times in her own clinic. After apologizing a lot and asking her to take me in as I had severe pain she did not agree and eventually I had my family coming after me to convinve the lady to let us in to Dr. Darshan Jhala for consulting. She had to deny all calls made by the receptionist for us on request. Her staff was just opposite to her in terms of behaviour, politeness and understanding. These days, where doctors are just money minded and egoistic, this was a perfect incident which I saw it in real life. She had so much of ego thinking that doctors can make the life of paitents miserable by making them wait for the whole day but jf patient is 30 mins late due to obvious reasons, they cant take that. I could have understood if there were lots of waiting made for the doctor but there were just 4 patients in total for the appointments that day. (Such lie) Eventually, after sourcing and lots of request and waiting, Dr. Darshan Jhala let us in as he was a good gentelman. The lady doctor, Dr. Jhala was supposed to take an ECG of mine before consulting the main doctor as an obligation. Therefore, she did it as if she did a big favour upon me. No talking to me nor sharing the report or answering to my sorries. What a doctor! Just EGO! I dont understand what was the Ego for? For the degree? Or I did not come at the clinic and waited for 2 hours before seeing the main doctor? I thought to leave at first but I only changed my mind because I had my family along and they would not want me to suffer with my problem more. I really apprecite Dr. Darshan for his softly spoken tone and detailed analysis but the lady doesn't deserve any place in the clinic. We need more of human doctors rather than commercial minded ones. No patient or doctor does any favours on either of them. The doctor is paid for his service and patient pays for the treatment. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS CLINIC Whatsoever!

Amazing doctor. Very helpful and kind by heart. He gave my mom a new life and he called us before the operation to know my moms history and did not even charge us. God bless him and his family.
