★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is the most unprofessional doctor we've ever encountered... He made us wait for a long time(one and a half hour to be precise). He would always say he was coming or he was on his way in 15 minutes but definitely he would never show up in that time and made us wait as if we do have endless time in our hands.. This happened twice. If we complain the receptionist and the doctor himself would say those who are in hurry can go away.. He is an unethical and unprofessional doctor. We decided not to visit him again.
Edit: (after the doctor's reply) In stead of saying I'm on my way you can tell the truth that you are having an emergency.. Secondly you cancelled our appointment on the basis of emergency of yours before, and that's ok. We are sensible enough to understand that. But I guess you usually tell people about emergency. So your " on my way" term (for one and a half hour he kept saying that) is your sheer neglegency.. And yes we will visit other doctors who are professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During lock down we had a really rough time with a nasty bone fracture of my mom's. Dr. Debasish Naskar gave his everything and now my mom's hand is perfectly fine. My mom got a new life all thanks to him. With a great and friendly attitude,Extreme skill and precision he is a top tier Orthopedic. Highly recommend.
